''I have been a lecturer and marketing executive at SNIT Business School in Mauritius for nearly eight years. I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Business Computing and Information Systems from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). Additionally, I have diplomas in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing Management. This is my third Top Paper Award from ABE; previously, I received the award for Project Management and Principles of Marketing Practice, and now for Principles of HR.

I chose to study ABE to continue professional development to enhance my management and marketing skills. The programme has significantly improved my leadership abilities and provided valuable insights into the business world.

I studied the ABE courses at SNIT Business School, covering all the modules through self-learning. The flexibility of the programme allowed me to balance my work commitments while advancing my education.

In Mauritius, employers who are familiar with ABE hold it in high regard. They recognise the quality of the education and the practical skills that ABE graduates bring to the workplace.

After completing my current ABE qualification, I plan to pursue Level 6 qualifications in Business Management, HR, and Marketing. I am eager to deepen my knowledge and continue my professional growth also targeting my 4th Top Paper Award.

The best aspect of studying with ABE is the opportunity for professional development. Through assignments and engaging with research journals, I have developed essential skills and gained comprehensive insights into various business aspects.

Studying with ABE has equipped me with a wide range of skills, including enhanced confidence in communication, business development abilities, negotiation skills, and more. These competencies have greatly assisted me in my roles as a lecturer and marketing executive.

My tip for successful study is to always stay updated with global developments in management. For example, understanding how organisations adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic can provide valuable business insights and enhance learning.

My long-term career plan is to become a manager, either by establishing my own firm or by contributing to the growth and promotion of ABE in Mauritius.''
