After completing an MSCE at Tsabango Secondary School, Prince pursued an ABE Level 6 Diploma in Human Resource Management at Domasi Management College. He chose ABE for its international recognition and the career opportunities it provides. Read his full story below:
''My name is Prince Mahau from Lilongwe in Malawi. In regards to my qualifications, I’m a holder of MSCE obtained at Tsabango Secondary School, just completed Level 6 Human Resource Management at Domasi Management College.
I studied ABE to maximise my capability of being recognised by diverse employers around the world as ABE is the most well-known board whereby if you graduated with it there are more possibilities that you can be easily recruited by employers in different countries.
Generally, in Malawi, employers have a favourable impression towards ABE as they recommend that ABE is one of the most international pivotal boards that provides top qualifications and high necessary competencies to students thereby organisations have a possibility to access top talents with excessive knowledge, skills and other abilities required to enhance company’s performances.
As obtaining Level 6 diploma in Human Resource Management is my ambition, immediately after completing my ABE Level 6 Diploma I’m planning to get a job with the ambition of excelling in my career as well as contributing to company’s success by input well thought out effective innovative ideas with my competence possessed.
The best thing about studying with ABE is that you acquire an international qualification whereby even though a personnel travel to other countries and there is a potential of being recognised as an educated personnel hence this means he can often apply for a specific field in various countries as more chances of being recruited on studied position are high.
Pursuing Human Resource Management with ABE I’ve acquired leadership, engagement skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills etc.
My tips for a successful study is to create a timetable for consistency and successful studies. You also have to read with the clear ambition of acquiring knowledge, this might enhance the learner’s focus during reading hence this leads to swift competence possession. All in all, syllabus follow-up is crucial for successful reading
I have a strong enthusiasm to upgrade in my qualifications aiming to acquire or develop some required competencies and knowledge with a reason of becoming top talent that is most needed in companies.'
