Nan Shwe Yee Win Kyaw decided to study ABE based on strong recommendations from her senior at her university. ''I was born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar and I pursued my B.A. in English for Professional Purposes at the National Management Degree College in Yangon. Additionally, I obtained an ICM Diploma in Human Resources Management. In my professional journey, I worked in HR Operations at SHWE Bank in Yangon from 2022 to 2023.
I chose to study ABE based on strong recommendations from seniors in at my university. They emphasised the value of the ABE diploma, highlighting its alignment with my intended career path. Moreover, the diploma's renowned reputation among employers in Myanmar assured me of its credibility and the potential for career advancement.
I studied my ABE course at the MHR Management Institute, where I completed the ABE Level 6 programme. This institution provided a comprehensive curriculum and a supportive learning environment, which was instrumental in my educational and professional development.
The public and employers in my country hold a high regard for ABE qualifications. Most ABE graduates are offered higher salaries or more advanced positions, reflecting the diploma's value in the job market. Additionally, having an ABE qualification significantly increases the chances of securing employment with international corporations operating in Myanmar.
After completing my current ABE qualification, my immediate plan is to pursue further education in Europe. This decision is driven by my desire to broaden my academic horizons and gain international exposure, which I believe will enhance my professional prospects and personal growth.
The best thing about studying with ABE is that it allowed me to pursue a professional diploma while working simultaneously. This flexibility enabled me to gain practical experience and apply what I learned in real time, enhancing both my education and career development.
From studying with ABE, I have gained substantial HR knowledge, which is directly applicable to my work in the HR field. Additionally, the course has enhanced my critical thinking and analytical decision-making skills, which have proven invaluable in managing day-to-day operations effectively.
