Education is one of the greatest achievements in one’s life and I do believe in it. I chose to study with ABE because it offers a comprehensive and practical approach to business education, focusing on real-world skills that are highly relevant in today’s global market. The curriculum covers key areas such as management, marketing, human resources and entrepreneurship, providing a solid foundation for my career ambitions.
In today’s competitive and talented world, HR plays a very great role in operating businesses and as we are in Gen Z, a lot of new thoughts are built in and thus HR exists to execute them satisfying each and everyone possible.
Getting socially involved is one of the coolest things for me and I love doing so therefore I chose to pursue Human Resources because I have a strong interest in understanding how organisations function and the role people play in driving success. HR offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, fostering their growth and helping create positive, productive workplace environments. I’m passionate about addressing challenges related to employee well-being, talent development, and organisational culture, and HR provides the ideal platform to make a meaningful impact on both employees and the business as a whole.

In Kenya, ABE holds significant value, particularly in the business and management sectors, where employers appreciate its practical approach to business education. Many employers see ABE graduates as capable, with solid foundational business knowledge that can be applied directly in the workplace.
