The best thing about studying with ABE is that it is a flexible course; it allows you to think outside the box and provides the necessary equipment to ensure that studying with ABE is comfortable.

Faith plans to use the knowledge she has gained from her ABE qualifications to open her own marketing agency and revitalise the sector.  She says, "Look at different books, listen to audios and think of them in a practical manner, imagining yourself in the situation usually helps you to better understand it".  Here's her story:

"I am from Lilongwe Malawi; I come from a big family, who have all been supportive throughout my journey with ABE.  For my primary and secondary education, I was under the IGCSE syllabus which I completed in June 2018.

I chose to study with ABE because I wanted a better understanding of the business world. I wanted to broaden my knowledge in all the different aspects such as marketing, human resource and management, and ABE provides all that.

ABE is seen as fair as it provides learners with different opportunities in different fields. After ABE I would like to partake in different internships in order to gain some experience and later continue with a degree programme. The best thing about studying with ABE is that it is a flexible course; it allows you to think outside the box and provides the necessary equipment to ensure that studying with ABE is comfortable.

Because ABE is such a practical course, I have learned team working skills, communication skills and how best to handle different individuals according to the situation. When studying with ABE it is important that you do a lot of research and pay attention to the reading lists that are provided.  Look at different books, listen to audios and think of them in a practical manner, imagining yourself in the situation usually helps you to better understand it. My long term career plans involve opening a marketing branch that introduces a new edge and new methods of marketing to Malawian industry."
