ABE is releasing a dynamic and skills-focused suite of Level 3 qualifications themed around the ABE triad of business, leadership and entrepreneurialism. The new programmes have been developed with a focus on future skills and offer an exciting choice of contemporary, future-facing qualifications.
These Ofqual-regulated diplomas equip learners for the modern business environment and offer great flexibility. Centres can deliver a choice of five different qualifications cost-effectively and students can choose a programme tailored to their interests and aspirations.

The new suite includes three, 4 unit 40-credit foundation diplomas in business, entrepreneurship and leadership. They share the following features:
• They can be completed in one semester.
• They are ideal for students who want to focus in depth on one of the three core areas.
• They complement other areas of study, adding business-essential knowledge and sought-after skills.
There are two longer Business Management options (60 credits and 120 credits) which can be completed over two or three assessments sessions. These provide a solid foundation of essential knowledge for business careers and academic progression.
The new Level 3 suite has been priced competitively and offers great value with study guides, tutor guides and complimentary studying membership of The Institute of Leadership.
Centres can apply for approval to offer the qualifications from 28th April 2025 and the first assessments will be available in the November 2025 session. Level 3 is the same level as an A level.
